Hong Kong: On Nov 11, Yin Hui, a former CCP criminal investigation captain who escaped from China recently, broke the news in an interview with an online media programme ‘Lu Jiang Commentary’.

Yin Hui, 37 years old as he claims, was graduated from the criminal investigation major of People’s Public Security University of China. He was once the deputy chief of a city police station and criminal investigation captain of a Public Security sub-Bureau. Before escaping from China, he was the captain of the economic investigation brigade in his city. Later, being involved in a major criminal case, he was investigated and would even lose life. So he decided to escape from China.

Yin Hui also revealed that he once arrested a Falun Gong practitioner and thus awarded the first-class merit by the Ministry of Public Security. In the Public Security system in mainland China, winning the first-class merit is very difficult as it’s basically awarded to those died or severely injured in missions. In his opinion, it shows that the CCP is keen to crack down on this group. According to Falun Dafa information Centre, the CCP has spent more than a quarter of China’s national income in its persecution of Falun Gong in the past 20 years.
