Marxism in America – Vandalizing Christopher Columbus Statues
Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer who set sail across the Atlantic Ocean in search of a faster route to the Far East only to land at the New World. Throughout the Americas, Columbus Day, October 12th, marks that landing on the shores of this amazing continent. But in parts of the United States of America, Columbus Day is now celebrated by some as Indigenous people’s day. A handful of states celebrated their first Indigenous Peoples Day on Monday as part of a trend to move away from a day honoring Christopher Columbus.
