President Trump praises Boris Johnson, slams G20 members
U.S. President Donald J. Trump delivers a speech Tuesday at the Turning Point USA's Teen Student Action Summit in Washington, D.C., praising Boris Johnson and criticizing some G20 members during his address.
President Trump makes the comment that America is respected in the world again, while speaking about U.K.’s new prime minister.
"We are respected all over the world. We have a really good man, he's going to be the prime minister of the UK now, Boris Johnson. Good man, he is tough and he's smart. They are saying Britain-Trump, they call him Britain-Trump and some people are saying that's a good thing, that they like me over there. That's what they wanted. That's what they need. He'll get it done. Boris is good. He's gonna do a good job," says President Trump.
President Trump does not mince his words. He criticizes Germany for not spending enough on defense in a pact the European nation has made with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
