Protester called Biden a ‘liar’ when he was slandering President Trump during a campaign rally
A protester has reprimanded Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and called him a “liar” when he claimed that President Donald Trump had said Mexicans were rapists.
It all began when Biden, said during a campaign rally Friday in San Antonio, Texas, that then-presidential candidate Trump had begun his 2015 campaign by calling Mexicans “rapists.”
At that moment, a man filming the speech in the crowd interrupted him to reveal that the Democratic leader was lying
“That’s a lie, Joe. That’s a lie,” said the man.
Faced with the unexpected event, Biden remained silent.
When President Trump launched his campaign in June 2015, he highlighted the problem of human and drug trafficking on the border with Mexico.
At the time, he pointed to many of the criminal immigrants illegally crossing the border from the Latino country. “They bring drugs, they bring crime, they are rapists,” Trump said, pointing out that there are also Mexicans who are “good people.”
The citizen who rebuked Biden also questioned the controversial participation of Obama’s former vice president in the so-called Ukraine Case.
The impeachment inquiry against President Trump is having a real ‘boomerang effect’ against the Democrats by exposing how Biden, as vice president under Barack Obama, pressured then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to close a court case investigating a case of corruption involving his son, Hunter Biden.
Under the administration of Poroshenko, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating a huge corruption case of the gas company Burisma. Biden’s son Hunter was a consultant to the company at the time.
Biden himself acknowledged before the Council on Foreign Relations that he had threatened Poroshenko with not sending financial aid if he did not fire prosecutor Shokin, which eventually happened.
